About Me
I am 6′ 180lbs on a good day. I am in average physical condition and eat very healthy. For the past two years I have been vegan by personal/spiritual choice but have in the last three months added seafood and turkey back into my diet. My wife just gave birth to our first child, Raider. They are the reason I wake up in the morning, the reason I push myself to succeed during the day, The reason I breathe.
I have always dreamed of being a professional fighter. This is my last chance.
My dream of being a professional fighter will benefit my family tremendously. If I don’t do it this time I need to focus on my career as a small business consultant and worry about running my own business. There are not enough hours in the day for sleep, family, work, managing my own company, and training to be a professional fighter. This is my last chance. If Tony can help me get my body into proper condition in 90 days I am going to give it 100%.
If I don’t make it happen as a fighter I will not be devastated. I have so many great things happening in my life. Fighting is my passion, but my life is so much more complex than that.

This is me and my wife J, and my baby boy, Raider born December 29, 2007

Why do you say that now is your last chance? If you don’t mind my asking, how old are you? I started Martial Arts at age 30… Had my first Pro fight at 33. I am 38 years old now, and if it weren’t for my broken foot at the moment, I could fight again in a heartbeat. Never been stronger… Have a positive mindset! You can do anything you put your mind to if you have the right attitude and discipline.
Check out the book “Mind Gym”. Very good read for mental training; for the athlete!
Good luck in your quest. – Linda

Professional fighter..that’s awesome!!! Is is MMA, boxing?? Whatever it is P90X will definitly get you closer to that goal. I am a thai boxer myself and cross train with P90X and I’ve been very pleased how the program has affected my fighting. Mentally and physically. Anyways hope everything works out for you
