man to behonest i relly dont see a difference.. the only thing i do see is in ur after pictures ur camera seems to be taking sharper pictures. anywasy gl with ur routine and i hop eit works out

hello, i can see a difference. you are slimmer in the waist and your shoulders are more bulky. They recommend you not jog while doing this program so i have stopped but seeing that you are continuing to do it i think i will start back up again.

Dude, you look great but you look so relaxed in your later pics. Flex man! Flex like you’re on stage before the judges. I know what you’re going through. I’m in my 6th week, the synergistics disk is cool, and Pam the Blam is a major distraction for me (SMOKIN!!)
